Even if you choose not to run or walk in the inaugural Jazz Half Marathon you can be an active participant by Sponsoring a Runner. Your contribution will assist the named runner or walker in raising funds for Children's Hospital. You can make your contribution online via the Children's Hospital web site or by returning a gift form.

To contribute online connect to the online donation page at the Children's Hospital web site. Enter the donation amount and your personal information. Enter the runner's or walker's name and your payment information and Submit. You will receive a confirmation email.

If you would prefer to make your contribution through the mail, please go to the online donation page, click on Download PDF Version, and print the PDF form. Enter the runner's or walker's name and your personal and payment information and return the completed form along with payment to:
