All entrants must pick up their packets prior to race day. Your packet will contain race instructions, your race bib, timing chip, T-shirt, and assorted goodies. Bring a photo ID with you to facilitate the pickup process.

We are offering several locations for packet pickup this year. If you are in the New Orleans area or will be arriving before Friday evening come to our main location at Southern Runner, uptown on Magazine St. If you live in the region but are not coming in until the eve or morning of the race we are offering packet pickup at a number of satellite locations. And, finally, for those participants who are staying in one of our host hotels, we are repeating our innovative "concierge service." Your packet will be waiting for you at the hotel registration desk when you check in.

Please note that there will be NO race-day packet pickup. If you are unable to pick up your packet yourself see below for proxy packet pickup arrangements.

Southern Runner

Packet pickup at Southern Runner starts Tuesday, October 26 and continues through Friday, October 29. Pickup times are:

• Tuesday, October 26, 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, October 27, 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM
• Thursday, October 28, 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM
• Friday, October 29, 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM

Limited on-street parking is available but plenty of free parking is available in Audubon Park off of Magazine Street. We suggest you park there and enjoy the short walk to Southern Runner.

Any packets not picked up will be available for pickup at Southern Runner on Friday ONLY. No race day packet pickup will be available.

Concierge Service

Staying at one of the host hotels? If so you can take advantage of our "concierge service." On your request we will deliver your packet to your hotel for you to pick up at check-in. Request Concierge Service.

Proxy Packet Pickup

If you are unable to pick up your race packet you may have someone else pick it up for you. That person must bring a copy of your driver's license or other ID and an authorization letter with your signature. Please note that there will be NO race-day packet pickup.
