Can I wear my iPod or headphones in the race?
Wearing ear buds or headphones can distract your attention from what is going on around you and make it hard for you to hear announcements or instructions from race officials and law enforcement personnel on the course, not to mention your fellow participants. Out of concern for your safety on the course and the experiences of the other participants we strongly suggest that you leave your personal music devices at home or in your gear check bag.
